Base salary. Total compensation may be discussed with a company if you reach the offer stage.

Does listing a certain base salary lock me in to that number?
No. Our companies understand your salary to be somewhat negotiable. Think of the number you input as the minimum you are willing to accept, but you may be able to negotiate a higher base salary should any process reach the offer stage.
Can I update my desired salary after I submit my profile?
Yes. You can update your desired salary at any time. Visit your Profile tab and selecting the second pencil icon from the top. Update your salary as desired. Save.
I'm a Sales candidate? Can't I list OTE instead of base salary?
If you have selected Sales as your desired role, you will have the option to list OTE, yes. However, we request that you add your desired base salary in addition to your OTE.
