I declined one new interview request but the rest also closed. What happened?
When you decline any new interview request, you must select a reason for declining.
If you select "Accepted an offer" as your reason, all other new interview requests will also close out because our platform then assumes you are not interested in entertaining new requests. So, be sure to only make the "Accepted an offer" reason if it is accurate.
