What should I do if a company becomes unresponsive?
First, be sure the company has what they need to schedule an interview. Visit your Calendar tab and make sure it is up to date with your availability. Any changes you make to your Calendar tab are immediately visible to any company you are speaking with.
Next, go to your Interviews tab and open the process. Find the Conversation section and send the company a message there. We send them an email notification containing the same message when you do so it can't be missed. Encourage them to schedule a time to chat or follow up based on your Calendar availability.
Finally, if you still do not hear back within a week or so, let your Hired representative know or contact email@example.com and we will step in to try to get the ball rolling. Then, if still no success, consider ending the process from your side and focusing on attracting new interview requests.
