What should I do if a company becomes unresponsive?

First, be sure the company has what they need to schedule an interview. Visit your Calendar tab and make sure it is up to date with your availability. Any changes you make to your Calendar tab are immediately visible to any company you are speaking with.


Next, go to your Interviews tab and send the company a message in your ongoing Conversation with them. We also send the company an email notification when you leave a message here. Encourage them to pick a date/time to chat from your availability.


Finally, if you still do not hear back from the company within 2 business days, let your Hired representative know or contact support@hired.com and we will step in to try to get the ball rolling.
