How do I receive a reward?
The friend you refer must be new to Hired, must sign up through your unique referral link, and must start a new job with a Hired company within 6 months of signing up.
Why does my Invite chart say my referral is "expired"?
If 6 months or more have passed since the friend you referred signed to Hired and they have yet to take a role with a Hired company, the referral has expired/is no longer valid.
Why wasn't I notified my friend took a job?
If the referral has expired, you will not receive an email notification if your friend takes a role with a Hired company.
If you shared your link with your friend but they failed to sign up through it, you will also not be notified. Make sure your friend signs up through the link you share.
