Does Hired see companies in my city or country?
Currently, Hired connects candidates with companies in the US, UK, Canada, and Ireland. That said, we don't see companies based in all cities. Most Hired companies are based in tech hub cities.
If you have specified you are only interested in hybrid/in office roles and listed cities we don't have companies in currently for your preferences, your profile may be kept private rather than go live.
What should I do to be reconsidered?
Hired companies are growing increasingly comfortable with hiring remote talent, both domestically and globally. Therefore, even if you do not live in one of our offered locales, there is the possibility of finding a remote role.
If possible, we encourage you to consider opening up your search to include remote roles. Then, resubmit your profile and we can consider you for remote opportunities listed in other locations.
