How do I delay my promotional period?
If your profile has yet to go live in a batch (visibility window), visit the top of your Home page and you will see the option to postpone/change the date. If your profile is already live, however, contact support@hired.com with your preferred date.
You may also switch back to private by visiting Settings>Account Management and selecting Stop Visibility. Then, resubmit when you are ready to go live.
How long can I delay my promotional period?
You may delay your invite to go live by up to 2 weeks. The option to select a date that is up to 2 weeks out will appear when you receive your invite and via your Home page.
If you need to delay longer than 2 weeks, we recommend declining your invite and resubmitting your profile (requesting another invite) when you are within 2 weeks of your preferred date to go live. We can also place your profile live as early as same day.
