I’ve worked in the recruitment space since 2012, in both agencies and in-house recruitment teams. In that time, I reviewed hundreds of thousands of resumes and applications, conducted thousands of phone and in-person interviews, negotiated hundreds of offers with candidates, amassing a vast amount of knowledge and expertise which my role at Hired allows me to share with candidates. In my first 8 months, I’ve helped 218 candidates find a job that they will love and I hope to work with you to do the same!
I am a recruitment professional with a background in Human Resources. Prior to joining Hired, I specialized in creative and technical roles in both agency and internal recruitment environments. My favorite part about being a TSM at Hired is acting as an unbiased resource to guide candidates through their job search. I’m passionate about advocating for great candidate experiences with companies that value the hiring process. Job searching can have its ups and downs and playing a part in landing someone a job they love is truly rewarding.

Throughout my career, I navigated towards roles that would enable me to make a difference through empowering others.
