Hired connects innovative companies with top tech talent looking for their next dream job. It’s designed to make the job hunt easy, so you can sit back and let companies apply to you. 

A curated platform

Since new jobs are constantly opening up, we review each candidate’s profile when submitted, looking for matching jobs on the platform. When we find potential matches, you’ll be approved and your profile will be shared with those companies to consider interviewing you.

Companies apply to you

Unlike other job sites, companies on Hired apply to you. Once approved, we match your profile to jobs for up to 10 weeks. When a company thinks you’re a great fit, they’ll send an interview request for their position with salary details upfront. This means you won’t be applying to jobs on Hired. Instead, your profile will attract interview requests from companies.

Attracting interviews

Perfecting your profile is crucial to attracting interview requests. It’s your greeting to each company and your best opportunity to highlight your strengths and desires. The more complete and competitive your profile, the more jobs you’ll match, and the more opportunities for interview requests you’ll see. Tips and tricks

  • Build a stellar profile to attract interview requests from top companies. 
  • Show off your coding skills by taking Hired assessments to add badges to your profile. Did you know, you are twice as likely to get noticed by companies by completing an assessment? Applies to applicable roles only.
  • Accept interview requests within 48 hours and follow up consistently with companies to drive momentum in the recruitment process. Leverage your calendar to block off unavailable times and if you run into a busy stretch, feel free to pause your profile. Sometimes, companies may get busy too.
  • Update your interview stages and mark yourself as Hired to help us ensure nothing slips through the cracks and so we know when it’s time to help you celebrate your new role with Hired rewards! Tracking your success on Hired allows our algorithm to score your profile higher for the next round you join.
